First blog post + pumpkin math
To launch our blog, we wanted to post a fun, adaptable math game that makes use of those almost-out-the-door pumpkins! Our sources (ok, my weather app) say that it’ll be much cooler this weekend so here’s an indoor activity to keep your kids busy and learning without much work on your end! Check out this video of these cute little first graders (we can only claim one as our own) to see how to play! Just learning to count objects? Want a way to work on teaching your preschooler to identify numerals (written numbers)? Write the numbers on the pumpkin—in numerical order for first timers or with the numbers mixed up if your kiddo already has some familiarity with these skills....
